Get ready to take off into the holiday spirit! The Lone Star Flight Museum (LSFM) is bringing festive cheer to new heights with its annual Stearman Santa event on Saturday, December 14 from 10 am to 1 pm. As is his M.O., Santa Claus will arrive in style on board a PT-17 Stearman.
Santa’s flight plan includes more than just landing. He’ll be hanging out in the hangar for meet-and-greets and posing for photos in the hangar. If your Christmas wish is to board a PT-17 Stearman, it’s already come true! The museum will also be dishing out festive treats, and of course, other attractions within the museum are available, including flight simulators and impressive aircraft.
Located at Houston’s Ellington Airport, the Lone Star Flight Museum is a world-class aviation museum dedicated to preserving and celebrating the history of flight. Featuring interactive exhibits and more than two dozen historical aircraft. LSFM gives a one-of-a-kind experience for curious minds across the globe.
Tickets are included with general museum admission or are free for museum members. Plane ahead and learn more at the Lone Star Flight Museum website.
